BHU UG Admission Counselling 2025

BHU UG Admission Counselling 2025 will be held according to Category of students from August 28, 2025 to September 01, 2025. Students have to appear in the counselling with their call letter and other essential documents in their respective faculty of Banaras Hindu University.

BHU New session Starting Date

NEW session in Banaras Hindu university will start from September 04, 2025 after the Admission counselling which is going to held from 28th AUgust to 01 September 2025 and then spot round registration will be opened for vacant seats in the Banaras Hindu universities.

Documents for Admission in BHU 2025

At the time of reporting, Candidates will be required to produce the following original documents along with one set of its photocopy and six passport size photographs (as listed in the CAP UG – 2025).

  1. Admission Letter (downloaded from the portal)
  2. BHU Registration Form having the preference order;
  3. CUET NTA Application Form and Admit Card;
  4. CUET NTA Score card;
  5. High School and Intermediate Mark sheets and Certificates;
  6. Category Certificate (OBC-NCL/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD/Ward whichever applicable);
  7. Original copy of TC, Migration Certificate and Character Certificate;
  8. Undertaking for non-involvement in Ragging by the student and their parents/guardians
    (available at www.bhu.ac.in);
  9. Filled Residence/Dossier from (in triplicate), (available at www.bhu.ac.in);
  10. Six Passport size photographs.
  • In case a candidate fails to produce a valid Category Certificate (as claimed for the admission) his/ her candidature shall be summarily cancelled without any further notice. The EWS certificate should be issued on or after April 01, 2024; OBC Certificate should be issued on or after Jan 01, 2025.
  • However, if the candidate fails to produce Intermediate Marksheet/ Certificate, an extension (not beyond Oct 31, (2025) may be permitted on request. On the date of reporting, all the PwBD candidates will be examined by a Medical Board constituted by BHU, as per criteria fixed by the University. The decision of the Medical Board constituted by BHU will be final.

Who can appear in the BHU UG Counselling 2025

Students who had paid fees for their alloted seat can appear in the counselling with their proper douments. before going to counselling , you should carefully read the Notices released by Banaras hindu university on their official website that is bhu.ac.in .

BHU Spot Round Registration 2025

BHU Spot Round registration is done for admission on vacant seats, students who did not alloted any seats in regular round or unable to paid fees in the regular round will be able to do registration in Spot round admission. Spot Round registration window will be opne from 4 September 2025 and Spot Round 1 Allocation based on merit will be released on 08 September 2025.
