About CHS

Central Hindu School was formerly known as Central Hindu College. The school is situated at Kamaccha in the holy city Varanasi. It is one of India’s largest schools in UP. It is governed by Banaras Hindu University or commonly known as BHU. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Famous freedom-fighter Annie Besant founded it in July 1898. CHS offers classes from 6th to 12th. Its huge campus is spread over 70 acres with gyms, libraries, laboratories, schools, and hostel.There are two branches of CHS. One for boys which is Central Hindu Boys School and another one is for girls that is Central Hindu Girls School. Both schools are situated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and is Affiliated to CBSE New Delhi.

CHS Entrance Exam 2023

Chs entrance exam for class 9th and class 11th is going to held from 26th April to 30th April 2023, to get admission in Central hindu boys school and Central hindu girls school, BHU Varanasi. Chs entrance exam class 9th is going to held on 26th April 2023 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Class 11th Entrance Exam is going to held from 27th April to 30th April.

CHS Entrance Exam Pattern 2023 :

  • The entrance exam will be arranged in offline mode.
  • Total 100 questions of MCQS.
  • Only ball pens are allowed in the exams.
  • The question paper will include MCQ-type questions.
  • Applicants have to circle on the booklet no., roll no. And set no.

Total 100 questions asked in CHS Entrance Exam in class 9th and 11th and each question carry one marks and their is no negative marking. All the questions are of objective type that means MCQs( Multiple Choice Questions ) you have to choose one correct and perfect answer. You have to fill your answers in OMR sheet , so do well preparation for giving answers in OMR. And don’t forget to bring you Admit Card in Exam hall because without admit card, you are not allowed to enter in exam Hall.

ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS FOR CHS ENTRANCE EXAM 2023

Students have to bring some essential documents to appear in CHS Entrance Exam for class 9th and 11th. Most important document for entrance exam is your Admit Card, without admit card you are unable to enter in examination hall. So, don’t forget to bring your admit card. Alongwith your admit card , you have to bring some passport size photo,bring more than two photos for your convenience. if you have your AADHAR CARD, bring it with you for your identification it may useful.

Chs Admission Process 2023 : For the session 2023-24, the enrollment of class 9 and class 11th children in Central Hindu Girls School and Central Hindu Boys School run by Kashi Hindu University, will be done through Entrance examination. While Class 6th students will be selected through Lottery process. This is the decision of Kashi Hindu University, which organises chs entrance exam. HOW TO DOWNLOAD CHS ADMIT CARD

  1. Visit the official website of BHU i.e. bhuonline.in
  2. Click on the ADMIT CARD tab in school admission section.
  3. After going to the admit card section click on the login page
  4. Log in your ID by filling your Registration number and password.
  5. After login you can download your admit card.
