Military School Application Form 2024

RMS Form 2024 for admission in class 6th and 9th has been released by Rashtriya Military Schools on their official website for both boys and girls Candidates who are willing to appear in RMS entrance exam 2023 have to apply online for CET through the official website of RMS.The application form other than online mode is not applicable to sit in CET exam and only one application can be submitted by a candidate. Last date of submision of Application form is 18th October 2023. Date of examination for class 6 and 9 will be announced later. Both Boys and Girls can apply for this examination in class 6th and class 9th.

How to Apply Online for RMS CET

  • Step 01- Apply for online registration using Email ID and Mobile number.
  • Step 02- Fill the asked details in application form and note down your registration number generated after filling the form.
  • Step 03- Upload the scanned copy of the documents required.
  • Step 04- Pay your registration fee and your registration will be successful.

RMS CET Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit for Class 6 : Boys & Girls aged between 10-12 years as on 31 March 2024 (born between 01 April 2012 to 31 March 2014, both days inclusive) for admission in Class VI

Age Limit for Class 9 : Boys(only) aged between 13-15 years as on 31 March 2024 (born between 01 April 2009 to 31 March 2011, both days inclusive) for admission in Class IX.

Education Qualification : For admission in Class 6th, Students should have passed Class V or be studying in Class V and pass it before the date of admission to a Rashtriya Military School.

For admission in Class IX, the candidate should have passed Class VIII from a government/ recognized school before the date of admission to a Rashtriya Military School.

However, candidates studying in Class V and Class VIII are eligible to appear in the respective Entrance Test. They should also preferably know sufficient English which is the medium of instruction in Rashtriya Military Schools.

Exam Pattern

  • The CET written examination for Class VI & Class IX will be fully Automated through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) based examination.
  • Questions will be asked in the form MCQs.
